Role OverviewThe Visiting Fellow will support ongoing research projects focused on diseases affecting small and large fruit crops. This position involves field-, greenhouse-, and laboratory-based research activities, including crop maintenance, treatment applications, sample collection and processing, and data collection, entry, and analysis.
What You Will Do
Perform crop maintenance activities, apply research treatments, collect and process samples, record and manage research data, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Plant Science, Biology, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a closely related field
- Experience with agricultural, greenhouse, laboratory, and/or field research activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collect, manage, and analyze research data accurately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
