The Art Institute of Chicago is seeking a Visitor Engagement Representative to facilitate admissions and check room services, support exhibitions, events, lobbies, and information desks, and enhance the overall visitor and member experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Experience in hospitality or tourist attractions preferred
  • Basic knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
