Job Description
The Visitor Experience and Education Assistant is a highly visible, public-facing role that serves as an initial point of contact for ICP’s School, Library, and administrative offices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in photography or visual culture a plus
Two years of administrative or office experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to hospitality and inclusion
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer proficiency, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort interacting with the public in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of photography and visual culture preferred
Foreign language proficiency a plus
Benefits
Paid hourly at $22.00 per hour
