Job Description
The Visual Arts Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering rigorous academic instruction to students, utilizing effective assessment strategies and differentiating instruction to accelerate student achievement. The teacher will also participate in IEP meetings, practice identity-safe pedagogy, and develop positive relationships with the school community.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Valid California Teaching Credential with English Learner Authorization or a degree major in the subject area or at least 18 semester units or 9 upper division semester units in the subject area
Employment eligibility, including fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance
