Job Description
Visual Impact Manager is responsible for creating visually engaging store displays and interior layouts while maintaining brand standards and strategy. The role involves implementing visual merchandising strategies to achieve sales and financial goals, executing store displays, and mentoring staff on merchandising basics.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, space planning, and/or retail furniture, or an associate's degree in a related field.
  • Reliable transportation to travel within the designated area of responsibility (2 locations) and support other Designers when needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals.
  • Work independently with a strong work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication, and solid customer service.
