Job Description
The Visual Merchandiser's primary responsibility is to fulfill the company's mission statement by taking charge of the visual appearance and shopability of the store using visual guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ensure timely installation and demonstration of window presentations and store promotion events
  • Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts and creative design flow
  • Display urgency when getting new product to the floor
  • Assist with Guests and Teammates as needed
  • Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service
