Role OverviewThe Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests' experiences.

The Visual Merchandising Specialist will collaborate with store leadership, execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year of retail or sales work experience
- Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
