Job Description
The VMS & Physical Access Control Specialist will administer and support IP-based PACS, configure and maintain role-based access permissions, and provide technical support for IT staff. They will also provide application support for PAC and VMS end-users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and collaborate with IT and Application Support teams.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with access control (badge) provisioning and electronic key systems
  • Intermediate working knowledge of physical security software and IP-based camera systems
  • Direct experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments or enterprise-level troubleshooting
  • Direct experience with VMS platforms (Genetec, Avigilon, or Milestones, or related)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with IP cameras, servers, databases, and network-connected devices
