As a Vocational Electives Specialist, you will facilitate group-based vocational electives, develop and launch electives and workplace-readiness programming, and provide support and resources for members through case management. Your impact will include facilitating group-based vocational electives, collaborating with department leadership, and providing one-on-one and group support to help members set recovery goals and access self-help resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in vocational training or a related field
  • Ability to facilitate group-based vocational electives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
