Role OverviewThe Vocational Electives Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and oversight of New Freedom's Vocational Electives Program. This role leads staff and programming focused on workforce readiness, vocational training, career development, and employment preparation.

Leading daily Vocational Electives Program operations and workforce readiness initiatives, supervising and developing staff, developing vocational curriculum, and monitoring member participation and workforce outcomes.

Requirements
- Behavioral Health Paraprofessional (BHPP) designation
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience developing curriculum, training programs, workforce-readiness initiatives, or educational content
- Knowledge of workforce development, vocational programming, employment services, and workplace readiness practices
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
