Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Caseload Assistant, you will assist our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) and collaborate with support teams across various areas to assist job seekers. Caseloads include General, Job Development, Talent Sourcing Coordinators, Career Resources, and Personal Care Assistance.
What You Will Do
Delivers excellent customer service, is time-efficient, organized & quality driven, has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and able to make decisions independently & with good judgement. May require daytime travel within Ohio and transporting participants with disabilities to various appointments and meetings.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Proficiency in speaking Spanish, verified through a formal assessment, may be eligible for a bilingual pay supplement of $1.27/hr. The selected candidate must provide own transportation or, in order to operate a state vehicle, must have a valid driver’s license.
Requirements
- 24 months experience in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services (e.g. job development, certified vocational evaluator, vocational specialist)
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
