Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Caseload Assistant, you will assist our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) and collaborate with support teams across various areas to assist job seekers. What You Will Do
You will assist consumers with job seeking skills training, interviewing skills, and assists them with securing and maintaining employment. You will also support the PCA program, provide reimbursement funds to individuals with severe physical disabilities who are employed or preparing for employment, and require a personal care assistant to complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

A successful candidate will be highly organized with efficient time management skills, deliver excellent customer service, and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in speaking Spanish may be eligible for a bilingual pay supplement of $1.27/hr.
Requirements
- 24 months experience in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
