Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Caseload Assistant, you will assist our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) and collaborate with support teams across various areas to assist job seekers. Caseloads include General, Job Development, Talent Sourcing Coordinators, Career Resources, and Personal Care Assistance.
What You Will Do
Deliver excellent customer service, make decisions independently, and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You will assist job seekers with job seeking skills training, interviewing skills, and assist them with securing and maintaining employment. You will also support the PCA program, which provides reimbursement funds to individuals with severe physical disabilities who are employed or preparing for employment and require a personal care assistant.

Requirements
- 24 months experience in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications
