Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Caseload Assistant, you will assist our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) and collaborate with support teams across various areas to assist job seekers. You will be part of a dynamic team making a real difference in the lives of Ohioans. Duties vary depending on the need for the assigned area, including general support, job development, talent sourcing, career resources, and personal care assistance.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting consumers with job seeking skills training, interviewing skills, and securing and maintaining employment. You will also transport participants with disabilities to various appointments and meetings as needed.

Requirements
- 24 months experience in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services (e.g. job development, certified vocational evaluator, vocational specialist)
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications
