Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, you will assist individuals with disabilities in gaining job-related skills and competitive integrated employment. You will provide vocational rehabilitation counseling, work with support teams, and connect participants with related programs and job opportunities.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include interviewing individuals with disabilities, determining eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services, interpreting diagnostic information, and developing comprehensive individualized plans for employment.

Requirements
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- 24 months experience direct work with individuals with disabilities
- Master's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education or related rehabilitation or human services area
- 12 months direct work experience with individuals with disabilities or 12 months experience providing direct service or advocacy activities with individuals with disabilities
