Role OverviewAs a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, you will assist individuals with disabilities in gaining job-related skills and competitive integrated employment. You will provide vocational rehabilitation counseling and work with support teams to connect participants with related programs, labor market information, and job opportunities.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include interviewing individuals with disabilities, determining eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services, interpreting diagnostic information, and developing comprehensive individualized plans for employment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, business administration, human resources, economics or related rehabilitation or human services area
- 24 months experience direct work with individuals with disabilities
- OR Master's degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, counseling, social work, psychology, disability studies, special education, or related rehabilitation or human services area
- OR Master's degree in business administration, human resources, law, management, public administration or related field with 12 months direct work experience with individuals with disabilities
