Job Description
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor to join their team and support their mission of helping Ohioans with disabilities achieve employment and greater independence. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring consistent and timely support for participants, and helping staff grow through coaching, training, and regular performance evaluation. The supervisor will also represent OOD with partner organizations, school systems, businesses, and other agencies to strengthen resources for participants and facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience as vocational rehabilitation counselor or vocational rehabilitation program specialist with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities.
  • completion of undergraduate core program in human services area AND 5 years experience in private/governmental agency in position providing direct counseling services.
  • completion of graduate core program in human services area AND 4 years experience in private/governmental agency in a position providing direct counseling services.
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment
