Role Overview

The Volunteer Administrative Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office operations, including inquiries, general office communication, application process, background checks, and record management. They work with the Director of Consumer Experience and other coordinators to plan and execute a comprehensive volunteer program. The Coordinator ensures office equipment is working, supplies are available, and volunteer services are staffed effectively.

What You Will Do

The Coordinator will manage incoming communications, gather feedback, ensure safety protocols, promote the volunteer program's vision and goals, photograph volunteer events, and perform other duties. They will also work with the Director to ensure all departments are staffed with volunteers and resources are used effectively.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a volunteer office or program, with hospital experience and customer service experience a plus. They will have knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to work effectively with a team.
