Role OverviewResponsible for engaging the community as volunteers, including strategic planning, promotion, budget, standards, organization and industry standards, best practices, compliance, and evaluation. Builds and sustains stake holder relations with community partners, staff, volunteers, and volunteer applicants.
What You Will Do
Conducts and manages targeted and general volunteer recruitment, builds and maintains a robust portfolio of volunteers, designs and implements recognition and retention efforts, collaborates with HHF and hospital team members, oversees the onboarding process of volunteer applicants, and supports an information-driven decision culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years successful experience using a combination of skills that may include: donor relations, fundraising, portfolio management, event planning, HR, recruiting, writing/journalism, volunteer management and community relations
