What You Will Do
Build an Amazing Volunteer Program: Recruit, screen, onboard, train, schedule, and supervise community volunteers. Create Meaningful Resident Experiences: Partner with the Life Enrichment Director to plan, prepare, and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare- or recreation-related field
- Experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years
- One year of full-time experience in a patient activities program in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of community resources, healthcare agencies, and laws and regulations related to long-term care
- Valid driver's license in the state of the community
- Preferred credentials include CTRS, ADC, AAC, ACC, Occupational Therapist, or Occupational Therapist Assistant
