Role Overview

The Field Director will lead a team of local canvassers to contact voters at the door promoting the right to abortion access and reproductive freedom. They will manage a team of 15–20 hourly staff, set goals, and hold staff accountable to them. The Field Director will also train and provide ongoing motivation and support to staff, identify and promote a leadership team, and build a diverse team where staff feel respected.

What You Will Do

Manage a team of canvassers, set goals, train staff, and drive office goals. Canvass several days a week to train staff and lead by example. Develop strategic plans to reach targeted voters in assigned locations and manage administrative duties, including reporting data, record keeping, and processing payroll.
