VP - Global Investor Relations

Requirements

• Proven capability to quickly grasp and build the story, working alongside the CEO and CFO
• Exceptional writing skills
• Direct, extensive experience working with the CEO and CFO
• Heavy, end-to-end experience leading the quarterly earnings process
• Proven ability to develop and implement the strategy and execution of the investor targeting program
• Prior responsibility for day-to-day management of analyst and investor inquiries
• Seasoned professional with experience in a period of growth and/or transition
• Professional / executive presence
• Ability to execute multiple projects and priorities
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive work relationships
• Excellent communicator with business acumen and the ability to consistently meet or exceed project deadlines
• Results-driven, Action-Oriented, and Innovative
• Motivating; knows how to influence and enable others
