Job Description
The Vice President of Operations is a crucial executive role responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency, profitability, and compliance of the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong dedication to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, Social Work or related field required, Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5-10 years in an AFC, nursing home administrator, or manager of operations position preferred.
Must have compassion for and a desire to work with special populations with IDD and chronic illnesses.
Previous experience in behavioral health and human services related environments preferred.
Must have experience overseeing multiple communities/homes.
Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
Ongoing approval by Federal, State and local government entities to work at the company.
Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, medical management, and care plan record keeping and billing documents.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
