VP - Private Credit - Stamford, CT

Requirements

• Lead or assist in due diligence for all transactions (ranging from first lien loans to for-control buyouts)
• Primarily work on investment opportunities
• Oversee and own the creation of financial models
• Screen and structure new transactions
• Attend management meetings, portfolio company board meetings and certain industry events
• Prepare investment memorandums and present to the firm’s Investment Committee
• Exposure to legal agreement (credit and asset purchase agreements), waivers and amendments
