Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President in our AI Consulting practice for P&C Insurance companies to help C-Suite Executives elevate their role through AI-led innovative strategies and consultative solution development. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working in Insurance organizations or consulting setting, advising C Suite on business transformation through data and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years' experience working in Insurance organizations or consulting setting, advising C Suite on business transformation through data and AI capabilities
  • Experience developing a vision for the organizations and realizing the vision through large scale transformations encompassing process redesign and technology implementations
  • Experience in transformation across P&C Insurance value chain using AI and machine learning technologies
  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Provide business-oriented solution with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and projects
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think creatively, and adapt to evolving research trends
