Job Description
The VP, Assistant General Counsel, Legal & Compliance Group will handle general business contract review and drafting, assist with corporate matters and transactions, and handle legal review of marketing materials globally.

Requirements

  • General commercial/vendor contract review, drafting, negotiation and identifying and advising business functions of material issues and considerations.
  • Ability to independently negotiate and draft general business contracts.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Member of the New York State Bar.
  • 4+ years of corporate law experience with a large New York law firm, corporate legal department or other professional services firm.
