Role OverviewThis senior technology leader will provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple Brokerage Back Office development teams. The role is responsible for defining and executing product roadmaps, aligning resource plans and budgets, and ensuring consistent, high quality delivery across areas of responsibility.

Responsible for developing and implementing an effective workforce strategy, designing and building systems with an open architecture, influencing and prioritizing business unit technology initiatives, and establishing effective communication frameworks.

Requirements
