Role Overview

The VP, Client Services is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering projects in alignment with operational excellence standards, and leading account team. The role is accountable for growing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, and leading the day-to-day success of their team.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include establishing meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, developing strategies to ensure desired outcomes, collaborating with the SVP and Client Services Team, and ensuring project team members are communicating effectively with other internal teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or scientific agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science
  • Strong communicator with ability to establish and nurture client, internal, and staff relationships
  • Previous experience with people management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage internal and external relationships
  • Efficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems
  • Extensive skills with web-conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
