Role OverviewThe VP, Corporate Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and accounts payable activities across the organization. This role will be a key leader in the accounting function for corporate operations, real estate development/construction projects, and our property management company.
What You Will Do
The Corporate Controller will lead accounting operations, prepare and review financial statements, manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, and drive process improvements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting in a multi-discipline real estate company, significant experience within real estate development, construction accounting, real estate investment, or property management, and experience managing audits and multi-entity accounting environments.
