Role OverviewWe are seeking a VP, Creative Director to set our creative vision and elevate our standards. This is a hybrid role for those in the Los Angeles area (2 days/week in our Santa Monica office). We are also open to remote candidates located on the West Coast.
What You Will Do
Provide creative leadership, present and champion groundbreaking creative work, partner with clients, mentor and manage a cross-functional creative team, oversee financial health of client relationships, and participate in new business pitches.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pharma advertising
- 5+ years in a senior management role
- Launch experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $200k to $210k
- Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
