Role Overview

Lead a team of 7–10 Field Sales Representatives, driving performance to meet and exceed business goals. Responsible for coaching, developing sales skills, refining strategy, and instilling a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.

What You Will Do

Meet and exceed sales targets, support team in driving new B2B business, track and manage KPIs, lead staffing and performance evaluations, and represent Corpay professionally at industry events.

  • 6+ years of professional B2B sales experience
  • Strong initiative and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Proven success in high-performance, target-driven sales environments
  • Experience working within a metrics- and activity-driven sales organization
  • Strong background in “hunter” sales or new business development
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and listening skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM/sales platforms
  • Expertise in managing territories, articulating value propositions, guiding sales cycles, and coaching pipeline health
  • Effective at coaching and mentoring, performance management, and interviewing/hiring processes
