Job Description
The VP establishes a scalable, high-quality model across all branches, setting standards for programs, equipment, vendor partnerships, and staff development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health Promotion, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in health and wellness or fitness management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, develop high-performing teams, and implement strategic initiatives.
