Role OverviewThis role serves as the senior HR leader for Global Welding Operations across the Americas, acting as a trusted business partner to the President of Welding and the broader leadership team. The position carries full strategic and operational HR accountability for a complex, multi-country manufacturing and commercial footprint.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary HR advisor to the President of Welding and U.S. leadership, partnering on organizational design and operating model evolution, change management and transformation initiatives, leadership coaching and effectiveness, succession planning and talent pipeline development, and performance management and accountability.
