Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be a senior HR leader for the region, partnering closely with the North America President and the regional leadership team. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the region's HR function, including organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, compliance, performance management, HR operations, payroll partnership, engagement, and culture.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, providing coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities. Lead and develop the regional HR team, ensuring strong execution, capability building, and alignment with business priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior business partnership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience operating in multi-state, fast-paced, commercially driven environments.
- Track record of influencing senior leaders, leading change, and building strong organizational capability.
- Deep expertise across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
