Job Description
TFCU is seeking a VP/Manager, Collections to lead the Collections Department and oversee collection policies, liquidation procedures, and productivity levels. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, and eight years of experience in credit and collections, collateral remarketing/sales, or auction experience.

Requirements

  • Overseeing collection policies, liquidation procedures, and productivity levels for the Collections Department
  • Continually update parameters for collection efforts to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable acts, laws, and guidelines while providing innovative solutions to recover losses on secured and unsecured loans that have defaulted
  • Leading and developing the Collections team by setting clear performance goals, fostering accountability, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
