Job Description
Manage litigation filed by and against the Company arising from insurance policies for all lines of business. Engage in collaborative projects in support of other areas of the company, including underwriting, finance and accounting, actuarial, operations, and technology.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years' experience handling liability insurance claims, managing litigation or related relevant experience.
  • J.D. degree is required.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, legal research, internet research and typing.
