Role OverviewThe VP of Buying and Planning will build and lead Cozy Earth's buying and planning function from the ground up, shaping the omnichannel merchandise strategy across ecommerce and retail stores. This leader will establish the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support the next stage of growth.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and leading the buying and planning function, developing and owning the omnichannel buying and planning strategy, and owning the seasonal buy plan and assortment selection.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive buying and planning experience at a premium retail brand
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a buying and planning function
- Proven experience partnering with Product Development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
- Experience managing open-to-buy and inventory commitments at scale
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the athleisure/activewear category, preferred
