Role OverviewThe VP of Estimating provides executive-level leadership and strategic direction for all estimating operations for RMCI, driving the development and execution of estimating strategies that support Nox Group's business development goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include defining and executing the enterprise-wide estimating strategy, providing visionary leadership, building and developing a high-performing team, and establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role, and demonstrated track record of leading large-scale estimating operations and securing major construction projects.

- Extensive experience in industrial construction sectors including data centers, manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or water/wastewater treatment facilities preferred
