Role OverviewThe Vice President of Finance will lead the financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions for all Ameribrands, LLC companies, providing executive-level oversight of the Controller and the Accounting organization.
What You Will Do
Provide executive oversight of the Controller and Accounting function, develop annual budgets, multi-year financial plans, and rolling forecasts, manage cash flows and treasury function, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and reporting.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- 5–15 years of related work history
- Prior experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role
- Proficient in Office and strong Excel skills required
