Job Description

We are seeking an established, visionary, and decisive VP of Marketing & Brand who will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the marketing strategy across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative/Design, Social Media, Community Management, Owned Digital Platforms, and CRM/Direct Marketing.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in Brand, Creative, or Product Marketing leadership, with at least 2+ years operating in a VP of Marketing/Brand, Global Head of Brand, or equivalent senior leadership role for a high-growth, nationally recognized consumer brand.
Proven track record of developing and executing world-class brand, product, and creative strategies that have driven significant brand equity, market presence and user adoption.
Mastery of Comprehensive Consumer Marketing: Deep expertise across key marketing disciplines, including Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative/Design, Social Media/Community, and CRM/Direct Marketing.
Strategic Storyteller & Executive Acumen: A decisive executive capable of translating complex business, financial, and product strategy into simple, compelling, and consistent consumer narratives.
Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in leading consumer digital products and services, especially in sports, gaming, social, or F2P video gaming.
Inspirational People Leader: A skilled organizational leader capable of attracting, developing, and retaining top marketing and creative talent.
Executive Presence: Comfortable and adept at presenting to and advising senior executives.
