Job Description
The VP of Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for strategically guiding and optimizing the procurement function within the organization. This individual will lead a team dedicated to sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services while ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the organization's goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions, including leadership roles.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Experience implementing digital procurement solutions and driving process improvements.
Advanced understanding of compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), sustainability practices, and risk management.
Effective verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
