Role OverviewWe are hiring a VP of Product to lead our product strategy across three pods (Power, Risk, and Platform) and build a product organization. The role involves owning product strategy, building and leading the product team, and staying close to the work to make key decisions.
What You Will Do
You will own the roadmap for a platform that carries a data center or power project from market selection through siting, permitting, and interconnection. You will also hire and coach product managers, spend time with customers, and ship AI products that domain experts trust.

Requirements
- 8+ years in product, including 3+ years leading product teams
- Experience with data-heavy products
- Fluency with AI products where accuracy matters
- Real opinions on pricing and packaging
- Experience with geospatial, power, or simulation-heavy products
- Background in power, energy, data centers, or infrastructure
