Job Description
The VP of Sales will be responsible for spearheading sales growth for the company. This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who is excited about being a part of an innovative recruiting/staffing company that is transforming the industry.

Requirements

  • Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000), manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales
  • Build a repeatable sales motion
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the company
  • Ensure that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Drive leads through creative means and/or work with the marketing team to create campaigns and webinars and other demand generation tactics
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for the company and represent company at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
