Job Description
Value Driven Solutions is looking for a VP of Supply Chain to join their interim executive bench and work on-site at a PE-backed manufacturing client in the Chicago region. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain leadership, technology, and risk management, with a focus on driving working capital release and building a resilient supply chain.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of supply chain leadership across at least three of: planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, and trade
  • Direct experience leading a supply chain function with $200M+ in flow
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or comparable platforms
  • Track record reducing inventory by 15%+ and improving OTIF without service erosion
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS in Supply Chain preferred
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP certifications preferred
  • International procurement and China / Mexico / Vietnam sourcing experience a plus
