Job Description
As the Vice President of Operations for Lifestyle Entertainment, you will help shape the future of live service, cross-platform, and social multiplayer experiences that bring players together across the globe.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in live service, cross-platform, or multiplayer game operations (or equivalent entertainment services)
  • Proven ability to align creative and technical strategies across multiple studios and product lines
  • Deep knowledge of game development pipelines from mobile to HD AAA titles, live-ops systems, and player engagement models
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
  • Empathetic and inclusive leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating change, guiding transformation, and inspiring teams to deliver their best work
