Role OverviewAs the Vice President of Product, you will lead the Product team for all of Rent the Runway. You will define the future of our offerings, leading the teams to create delightful, personalized, friction-free experiences that feel like they’re built for each customer.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of product managers setting and delivering on highly visible and company critical goals, build cross-functional teams tasked with continuous product discovery and delivery, and cultivate a deep knowledge of the RTR customer.

Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leading teams and product organizations
- Strong technical background coupled with good business sense
- Knowledge of the latest AI technology
- Experience in e-commerce, B2C subscription businesses, or another area leading a company in a new direction via its product(s)
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, executives, and other stakeholders
