Job Description
The Vice President of Property Management is a senior leadership role within Rocky Mountain Communities, responsible for the overall strategic direction, operation and profitability of the organization's property management operations. The primary duties include property management business line and individual property performance goals, oversight of property compliance, budgeting, marketing, and building an agile department team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in multi-family property management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a regional property manager, senior property manager, supervising multiple sites, or equivalent position
