Role OverviewThe Vice President of Real Estate is responsible for the strategic direction, risk management, and overall performance of Greylock's real estate lending portfolio. This leader oversees lending operations, credit administration, and portfolio strategy, while driving growth, operational excellence, and secondary market initiatives.
What You Will Do
Provides executive level oversight of real estate underwriting, sets underwriting strategy, upholds credit culture, and ensures frameworks support responsible growth. Oversees the development and integrity of strategic reporting and advanced analytics used by senior leadership, and the Board.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Lending, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and specialized training, and strong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Lending
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and specialized training
- Proficiency with LOS platforms, lending related software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to produce advanced reporting and manage data/system configurations
