VP, Relationship Manager

Morgan Stanley's Return to Work program is a 16-week paid program for experienced professionals who have taken a career break. The program places participants in roles that align with their existing expertise while also broadening their horizons through comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development. The VP, Relationship Manager position is responsible for the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments division.

What You Will Do

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for partnering with clients' key administrative contacts, delivering regular business reviews, and maintaining a high level of personal interaction with clients. They will also be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, promoting and sharing efficiencies and best practices, and aligning client requests and expectations with business needs and constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-10 years of industry experience
• Strong understanding of the executive compensation and stock plan industries
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work under periods of extreme pressure with very tight time constraints
• Certified Equity Professional designation
• Appropriate securities licenses required (FINRA Series 7, and 63 or 66) or willingness to be obtained within 180 days of hire
• Strong working knowledge of MS office products
