Job Description
The Vice President of Field Sales & Business Development will shape and execute NuCO2's strategy for field sales, business development, new product commercialization, and mergers & acquisitions across the United States.

Requirements

  • Execute safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives
  • Develop and document the company's field sales & business development strategy
  • Own the company's mergers and acquisitions program
  • Develop and document the company's field sales strategy
  • Develop and document the company's new product development program
  • Own assigned revenue growth projects
  • Drive team performance and accountability
  • Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer issues
  • Train and coach direct reports
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts
  • Lead complex negotiations
  • Read, write, analyze, and interpret customer contracts
