Job Description
The Vice President of Field Sales & Business Development will shape and execute NuCO2's strategy for field sales, business development, new product commercialization, and mergers & acquisitions across the United States.
Requirements
Execute safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives
Develop and document the company's field sales & business development strategy
Own the company's mergers and acquisitions program
Develop and document the company's field sales strategy
Develop and document the company's new product development program
Own assigned revenue growth projects
Drive team performance and accountability
Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer issues
Train and coach direct reports
Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts
Lead complex negotiations
Read, write, analyze, and interpret customer contracts
